Complaint about Wren Kitchens
Wren began installing our kitchen in September 2016. After a long and complicated list of errors, unmet appointments, an errant fitter, lies and broken promises, our kitchen is still unfinished and damage created by the fitter has been left unrepaired. We are sent cintinually round and round in circles by the installation manager, who changes every time we contact them, and the fitter, who simply doesn't turn up and/or is economical with the truth. We tried to escalate the complaint in November and they refused to let us. We were given a plan which was then again not adhered to. It is not Fenruary 2017 and, after the latest failure of the fitter to turn up or Wren to resolve anything, we asked for the complaints procedure. We received no reply. This was a week ago. Two days ago, we wrote an email to the CEO, which has also been ignored. We are banging our heads against a brick wall and don't know what to do next except take legal advice.
