viagogo have ignored all my emails chasing tickets

Complaint about viagogo

I received an email on 19th Jan stating that my tickets had been delivered and signed for with a UPS tracking number. However I had not received them so I contacted Ups who explained that no signature was required and that the shipper would need to contact them direct to open an investigation. Viagogo have so far ignored 5 emails requesting them to contact Ups. The concert is on 1st April and I paid £189 for 2 tickets.
