Complaint about The Phone Spot

Somebody from this company called me , woke me up,after my night shift and talking very fast about new contract, I did even get which company it was, As I was shure is my O2 and talk about new promotion as my contract is run out this month. They sent my text they according my ordering going to sent me /probably SIM card/ even dough I said I've Sim card/ I do not know how to contact them as for the message when I replied was failed
