Complaint about Harveys Furniture

I was supposed to be getting a delivery of my furniture today but apparently they put the wrong item on their vehicle. I have took today off work unpaid for them to be delivered. I have lost £50 worth of wage today which isn't good enough. I have nothing to sit on at home as I have had my old sofas removed from my property. I have a young child of aged 9 who has nothing to sit. I have been told I can be reinbersed of my £59 delivery fee which I don't think is good enough. I would like my furniture to be delivered as soon as possible please. I don't want an apology. I want a solution as to what you are going to do. Really I should have my delivery fee back and the money that I have lost for taking today off work. If not, I'll be taking this further as I think it's not good enough! If not, I would like all my money back that I have paid for the sofa and chair as I think this is disgusting
