We booked a package holiday several weeks ago for 17/2/17 our friends had booked the same package with a different tour operator. 15th Feb received an e-mail saying due to operational purposes we were being moved hotels and could we confirm this was ok! I immediately replied back saying no it wasn't as we had booked the same hotel as friends as it was his birthday. That fell on deaf ears as they then sent me e-voucher rot different transfers and hotel.Several e-mails and phone calls didn't get me anywhere they just said hotel was fully booked. I rang the hotel direct and they said not fully booked plenty of rooms! Another phone call to 321 saying the budget rooms were fully booked and any cancellations they will move us! Was told to stop ringing as wouldn't change matters and kept on hold waiting for the manager who never got back to me had to ring back again was spoken to so rudely they clearly don't give a damn! We are now in a hotel 25minutes away from our friend and 20minutes away from the beach whereas we were right opposite the beach before and reviews on hotel are appalling! We are dreading this holiday now compared to looking forward to it for weeks! 321 should not of accepted our booking and payment they would have known there few allocated rooms were booked or not. For us to stay in that hotel in a standard room they want us to pay extra £160 and what we have already paid will not be included as was a budget package price! 321 should fit the bill it's there mistake they should put us in one of the available rooms and not move us to different hotel. Will never use them again
