Complaint about Lovely Flora World

My first email sent on the 4 Feb to canx a order for the 20 feb Got no reply back have sent another 3 then got email back ro say can't canx as flowers made up .Joke is its a teddy Bear and balloon I have since sent lots of emails and no reply back . THe reason I need to canx as I'm no longer with this person .

Find that a joke I'd honest how many emails I sent you and got ignored .When I did get a reply back it was basic with no help. I explained my situation to you and you still delivered out the goods putting me in a awkward potion
