Lovely Flora World

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

My 18 year old son ordered a bouquet of red roses on 21st January for delivery to his girlfriend on Valentine's day. They have not been received and we have emailed them 5 times in the last couple of days and had no response. Full refund required as he had to buy some more flowers.
