Complaint about DPD

Two orders - two different supplies - using DPD - first order I had to collect from depot - supposedly I was not in, which was untrue, and picture of my house where card was left, was not any house within the village where I live! Today the same thing has happened, having waited in and carefully monitored the supposed delivery, a photo now appears of another property completely unknown to me where the DPD card has been left. Do I now have to make another collection from a Depot. I have complained to the supplier of my package, telling them they are paying DPD for a service they are not receiving. I am paying for delivery of something I probably will end up having to collect. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH DPD - your drivers are either totally inept, over-worked or dishonest - which one is it?
