Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I have sent email on the 4 Jan to canx a order for the 20 Jan .No reply back have since sent loads .I got 1 email back on saying flowers have been made up I didn't order flowers but a teddy bear and balloon have given them notice after notice in email still not replying back . Disgusting customer service I won't my money back I've given you plenty of notice to canx
