I cancel my membership and the advisor offer still more 30 days

Complaint about Credit Perfect

I call in 13.01.17 to cancel my membership. The advisor said it is fine but I will offer you a 30 days more if you want to come back live account again. I said yes because my interpretation of it it was she will cancel but will be my choice to come back to the account again. On 16.02.17 they charge on my account again the fee. I am not happy with this because clearly I mentioned to cancel.
