Complaint about IWOOT

I ordered the scent from candle subscription on 13/12/16, order number 83440745. I then received an email that contained a gift code, which I presume needed to be entered somewhere but the email did not say where. So I emailed IWOOT, they seemed to think I wanted to use a discount code, so even staff didn't have a clue how the subscription system worked. I have been emailing them pretty much every week now for the last 2 months. I am always told that they've passed the query to the customer operations team, I'm not sure how long this should really take but I feel they've had plenty of time now. I have now asked, on 2 occasions what I'd need to do to get a refund but they always skirt around that question. I am at a loss as to what I can do next.

It's a shame it took so long and really a shame that they sell these items but can't fulfil orders or get a system that works effectively but at least I finally got a refund!
