Complaint about Currys PC World

Hi there, I purchased a television last month and now on my statement I see that Product Support AG @ £5.00 has been deducted TWICE on the same day. First of all, I cannot remember signing up for product support and second of all, how can it be deducted twice? I am really not in need of product support and would like to cancel this asap and refunded please?
