3rd December placed order, only part order delivered. Heard nothing more rang easylife numerous times without satisfaction.January 10th 2017 cancelled order, was told supervisor would ring me. no phone call.Received my bank statement 17th February easylife have taken money from my account still waiting for phone call to explain why. Easylife say they take no money till goods are dispatched as I had already cancelled this should not have happened.I do not think they should be allowed to get away with the way they are trading.Could someone give me some answers please .
