Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a laptop from pc world on 12/12/16 and i was told by a member of staff that i would automatically be signed up for product support which could be cancelled within 7 days with no charge. He then told me he would cancel it for me to save me doing it as i said i don't want it. I have recently noticed that £6 was taken out of my partners account on 15/01/17 and again on 15/02/17. Why am i being charged for something that i clearly told the staff member i did not want?? Why did the staff member not cancel it as he said he would?? I would like it if you would cancel this and refund me the money you have taken without mine ir my partners concent.
