Complaint about Goldcar
I had the full to full fuel contract however I was required to pay a deposit of 116 Euro for the fuel which would be reimbursed when I returned the car full. I have just received my deposit back and 30 Euro has been deducted.i rang the Goldcar office and I was informed that I was required to pay a cleaning fee as the car was excessively dirty. Now considering I drove the car from the airport and parked it and then drove it back again to the airport I do not think the car could be that dirty. Therefore I find this charge to be wrong and I would like it refunded.
