Not what we paid for, ripped off,

Complaint about Holiday Gems

We arrived at the hotel as a family. Myself and my sons,we were given two different floors. Rooms were disgusting, one socket in the whole of room, Sockets hanging out the walls, Old fashioned is an understatement, Was freezing cold,was not at all what I paid for, Would like some sort of compensation we stayed one night, Asked about changing hotels and too go back down south, Was ignorant and said no don't understand, So that night I booked another hotel myself, Checked out the next day. Don't use Holliday gems,
