Taking money out of my account without permission

Complaint about Credit Perfect

I have never spoken to credit perfect or give my permission to take money out of my account. I emailed [email protected] on 15/9/16 to ask for my money back and I never got a reply (at this stage they had taken 3 separate payments of 14.99 out of my account). Now they have taken a total of 9 payments out of my account each at 14.99 as per below dates; 27/07/16 11/08/16 14/09/16 26/10/16 03/11/16 21/11/16 19/12/16 09/01/17 23/01/17 I would appreciate if these payments could be refunded to my account immediately and further payments cancelled, this has caused me great annoyance and the fact I sent an email and wasn't acknowledged.
