Undelivered flowers and refused refund

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers for valentines day a month early to ensure that they would arrive on time. No flowers arrived. I emailed and emailed and emailed the complaints department and after threatening to report them to trading standards i received a reply...we will issue your refund in 28 days! I have again emailed back to say that this is not good enough so far lovely flora have had my money for over a month for goods that were never delivered. Please could you help me to resolve this.
