Complaint about Wren Kitchens

Someone came out to measure up our kitchen after our design appointment. We had taken rough measurements but someone was sent out to check. We came back to order the kitchen which was pretty straight forward. We had the delivery date confirmed and it arrived on time. However, when we began opening the packaging we realised some units were damaged. They were the wall units so continued fitting the Base units. When things were not adding up we realised the whole kitchen had been wrongly measured by about 18mm. I emailed the customer service complaining and explaining we have had to hire a carpenter to fix the void under the worktop that has been created from the wrong measurements. I asked for them to cover these costs and they told me they are not responsible for the wrong measurements.
