I Wrote An Email To Nordeus With Regards To An Ongoing Issue I Had Whilst Playing Their "Top Eleven" Football Manager Game On My Android Phone. This Issue Has Been Ongoing For Quite Some Time And The Recent Email I'd Sent Was About the 10th Email I'd Compiled Regarding The Matter Since The Issue Began Last October. Initially, I Received A Response From The Nordeus Team Department That Deals With Top Eleven And It Reassured Me That They Were Not @ Fault Because The Matter Was An Issue With Google Rather Than Nordeus. Nordeus Kindly Requested That I Take The Matter Up With Google As It Was Their Obligation To Resolve It And Not Nordeus. So, I Contacted Google Support + They Telephoned Me Back Almost Immediately. I Spoke With A Google Advisor By The Name Of Ryan + Explained Very Carefully + Clearly The Facts And Issues Regarding My Current "Top Eleven" Game App. The Google Advisor(Ryan) Was Confused + Concerned By My Transparent Discontent As Not Only Had He Never Heard Of Top Eleven Before, He Was Suprised Yet Flabbergasted That Nordeus Think This Was A Google Error For Concern + Nothing To Do With Nordeus. The Google Advisor(Ryan) Then Stated That I Contact The Relevant Department @Nordeus To Resolve This Matter Quickly. I Explained To Ryan That I HAD INFACT CONTACTED Nordeus On SEVERAL OCCASIONS In Order To Resolve This Issue Only To Be Met With A Unprofessional And Ignorance Response Trying To Reassure Me This Was Googles Fault. I Asked Ryan's Advice In Order To See What To Do Next.. Ryan Stated That I Should Contact Nordeus Again And Ask For The Matter To Be Addressed. I Explained To Ryan That Nordeus Seem To Have Come To The Understanding + Agreement That Ignoring Me, Or Simply Copying + Pasting Responses From Their F.A.Q Page Had Been Agreed As The Repetitive Normal Response Whenever I Choose To Engage In A Conversation With Them. Ryan Reassured Me That He Would Provide Evidence To Support The Truth That I Contacted Him. I Could Then Use This Evidence To Show Nordeus I Had Acted Upon Their Own Advice. When I Emailed Nordeus Further With The Supporting Attachment That Ryan Provided Me To Use As Evidence It Took Them 5days To Respond. When They Did Respond They Stated It Would Be Passed Onto The Relevant Department. I Waited 3days More And Emailed Them Again For A Polite Update... This Time The Response I Received Was Rude And Abrupt. They Told Me That The Matter Was Being Investigated.. INSISTED I Gain MORE PATIENCE. And Explained That My Constant Emails Were Slowing The Process Down. A Lot Of Time Had Passed Again And I've Yet To Receive A Response. They Simply Keep On Ignoring Me, What Should I Do?. I Have Played This Game Since 2011 + Have Invested Well Overv£500 Of Real Money Into The Game. I Think I Deserve My Issue Be Resolved And Not Be Ignored Or Treated Non-Existent. Can You Please Help?.
