2 weeks no dress

Complaint about PrettyLittleThing

Hi there, I ordered a dress form Pretty little thing on the 8th Feb 2017 and it is now the 21st Feb 2017. I have sent about 5 emails to them and only been replied to twice with an answer which does not help me at all on knowing where my order is. What do I do? I would like to receive the dress as I really liked it I am not looking for a refund as long as it fits when I try it on. Kind Regards
