Complaint about Shpock

My account has been restricted for a almost a week and I'm not sure why. I emailed 5 days ago and have had no response. I'm unable to do anything on my account or even relist the item. The buyer cancelled the deal and we reviewed each other so I don't understand the problem. This is a very frustrating situation as I can't operate my account and respond to questions.have been emailing shpock for last week still no reply from them .i have few offers and qustions from buyer i cant answer.
