Complaint about Currys PC World

Good Morning, I bought an iPad Air last June from the Manchester Arndale - Currys/PC World store. I was made aware of an insurance product which would be applied alongside this. I have submitted a written request for this to be cancelled as I live overseas and will be relocating - therefore I will be closing the credit card that this payment is taken from. I sent a letter on January 13th 2017 to arrange cancellation - it may be that it is lost in the post or that no action has been taken as of yet. I am not requesting for any form of refund on the payments that have already been taken, just to cancel this recurring payment for in the future. Can you please assist?
