Complaint about Currys PC World

I have had a sum of £4.00 taken out of my account each month since January 2016 and I don't know what this is for, I am assuming a hoover I purchased at some point. I can't find any information on line of how to cancel this and I would like to cancel this, please could this payment be cancelled with immediate effect.

Hi Michele, I have been unable to locate the details under that information also. Do you have the Direct Debit reference number? Or do you have receipt available and can I have your purchase details (date of purchase, branch and receipt number). Thanks. AK
