Complaint about Wren Kitchens

KITCHEN ORDER EARLY OCTOBER 2016.INSTALLATION DATE JANUARY 17 2017 . WENT WITH WREN FITTER AS I KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF YOU EMPLOY YOUR OWN FITTER SUPPLIERS SAY NOTHING TO DO WITH ME WENT IT GOES WRONG THEY WILL SAY SPEAK TO YOUR FITTER. WREN CHARGED US £2500 FOR FITTING DOUBLE IF I WOULD HAVE EMPLOYED MY OWN FITTER. WREN ONLY PAYED £1500.THEY PROMISED BEST FITTER TO DO OUR KITCHEN WHEN DEPOSIT PAYED. FITTER WAS NICE GUY BUT REALLY REALLY CRAP, FINISH AMAZINGLY POOR LACK OF SKILLS. STOPPED HIM USING NAIL GUN TO INSTALL BACK SPLASH TO KITCHEN WORKTOPS,DOORS NOT FITTED PROPERLY OR CLOSING,DAMAGED DOORS FRIDGE FREEZER NOT CLOSING ICE ON DRAWERS.COOKER MICROWAVE HOB EXTRACTOR UNIT ALL SCRATCHED AND MUCH MUCH MORE. CUT METAL HOOD WITH GRINDER ALL HOT METAL SPARKS STUCK TO OUR WHITE PVC DOORS AND MELTED INTO PVC NOW RUST APPEARING ON PVC. DELIVERIES WREN DRIVERS PHONING US 6.20 AM SAYING DELIVERY IN TWENTY MINUTES WHAT SORT OF COMPANY DOES THAT AND IT JUST GOES ON. WE WENT FOR THE FINANCE DEAL AS THE ALTERNATIVE WAS TO PAY TWO WEEKS IN FULL BEFORE DELIVERY. THANK GOD WE DID'NT AS WITH CREDIT DEAL WREN DON'T GET PAYED UNTIL WE ARE HAPPY WITH KITCHEN.NOW SOME SEVEN WEEKS OF REPAIRS AND STILL WAITING FOR KITCHEN TO BE FINISHED PROPERLY AND WE HAVE ONLY A SMALL KITCHEN WITH UNITS ONLY RUNNING FIVE MTRS IN LENGTH SHOULD BE AN EASY KITCHEN TO FIT.WREN OWE US £1250 FOR MATERIALS RETURNED PLUS SOME COMPENSATION FOR TIME DELAY PLUS OUR DOUBLE GLAZING DOORS WHICH ARE STARTING TO RUST. AND THEY ARE NOW DESPERATE FOR ME TO SIGN OFF SO THEY CAN GET PAYED AND ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PAYED THE FULL AMOUNT ONLY THEN WILL THEY CONSIDER OUR CLAIMS AND ANY OF THE OTHER ISSUES WHICH WOULD LEAVE ME AT A DISADVANTAGE WHEN DISCUSSING THE ABOVE.
