Complaint about Utilita

Tried topping up my gas and electric through their online website when my card wouldn't go through they told me that I wouldn't get charged but I did get charged 4 times!! Taking fourty pounds out from my account but not putting that money into my gas and electric!! And when i phoned them they denied that they could see the the 3 separate payments that I made and they told me that my money will go back into my account in 10 working days! That's not good enough it's not like money is tight at all!! I'm furious as I have a young baby in my flat and she's suffering because they can't do their job correctly! Won't be long and il be changing if I don't my money back
