Problem cancelling membership

Complaint about Xercise4Less

I went on the cancellation site for xercise 4 less to give 30 days notice on my membership on 03/02/17. I received the message back saying they were sorry I was leaving. It is now 23/02/17 and I rang Harland's to see if they had received the cancellation and the had not. They also told me that xercise 4 less always do this to make it difficult for members to leave.I need an answer about this so I rang the St. Helen's branch and spoke to Alesha who said it should go through but was unsure.I need to know for sure that the cancellation has gone through because I have done everything right and will be contacting my solicitor if I don't get an answer by the end of the month.
