Complaint about Currys PC World

I have just noticed £6 coming out of my account saying Card payment to Product Support Ag. I brought a TV from my local Currys Pc World. I didn't want this policy but the advisor had mention that he would just put it on for free for the 1st month. However I have been charged very month looking at my statements. Can you please cancel this policy and provide a full refund

Ok I should of seen it before on my bank statement. Are you able to offer a partial refund. As the advisor in your store was told that I didn't want the policy but added on anyway
