Complaint about Vodafone

I have a shared contract with my daughter l pay for both phones l asked months ago for her to get 20gb of data put on her phone.l went instore today and they said it has been put on mine by mistake l would have to phone vodaphone to have it corrected.l did this and they said the cooling off period is over so hard luck.My young daughter has run up huge bill and l am to keep paying for vodaphone mistake.l am not paying the bill and l am swapping phone companies,they can stick their phones.Please take note as to how they treat customers who have been with them for years.
