Complaint about Aircel

Hi, This is abhi,the issue regarding my benefit&the dash (csr) service. 1-9008119694 This is my Airtel number,i ported it to Aircel number for your good service,best plan,offers and for good deal's. 2-On Feb-17 i recharged for 197 plan,i got only the calls and sms benefits,but i didn't get the data benefits. 3-From 19th Feb i was calling to customer service to get my benefit,but i got the benefits on 21st Feb. 4-From 21st Feb i got my benefits,its was well and good but again,23rd Feb the sms&data benefits are not working,so i again called customer care to get my benefits(dash of the service they provided me). 5-Lohith,pavithra,shalini,( csr )They told they I'll arrange call back from there respected TL's no response. 6-The last agent (saravana)who told me that he will transfer the call.he put my call on hold and disconnected the call. 7- Aircel product is well and good with ur offer and deal.i am good with ur product. 8- but i am not satisfied with ur customer service. 9-But i wasted lot of time in calling csr,lot of stressful,wit out using net,u guys should compliment that. 10-Now it's up with u guys should I remain in the same network or should port the again to any other network.
