Complaint about Harveys Furniture

Was told sofas would be here in 11 weeks has been more than 11 weeks everytime we rung harveys customer service we was told different delievery dates currently 6 and a hlf months pregnent and have no sofas i am absoloutley discussed with harveys and when speaking to customer service they said they advise not to get rid off old sofas when you have brought a new house for the first time how do thy expect sofas to be there already. Spoke to manager and nothing was done and the delivery date was changed again so close to wanting to cancel and jus go out there and buy another. Would not recommend unless something is done asap and was told by manger they will sort something out for me after another lie sometinv should be done now asap i am very very annoyed .
