Complaint about Ticket Selection

After a dozen emails, asking where my tickets are.. and being told "yourll get an email when they are dispatched it'll be between 7 - 10 days of the event" I am now 2 days before the event with NO tickets. I've emailed ridiculous amount of times. with NO answer, I gave them my order number for them to tell me "the tickets are showing the 25th of November 2016, Do your have a different Order Number that we can use to track your original order?" the tickets for that are still valid as the concert has been postponed!! you clearly sent that in your email to me when telling me the concert was postpond!!! I brought the tickets in February LAST YEAR! it's taken a whole 12 months for me not to get my tickets, this place of sale is a joke! Ive made a complaint for trading standards and hoping this site/business gets shut down. if only they can send the tickets today and be here tomorrow, (very much doubt it) it's disgusting how you make a promise to someone so close to you and have to let them down seeing them hurt because someone doesnt care about customers feelings!!! vile company! Cannot wait for trading standards to get back to me!
