Unfair charges untrained staff

Complaint about Xercise4Less

After being with the gym for over 12 months. I decided to cancel due to money problems. I told staff on the desk and they took my details and said leave it with me. After 4 months the direct debit was still leaving my account. I did not complain as I thought this is my own fault I should have cancelled it. So I then cancelled direct debit and months later a letter from crs landed on my door step demanding over £200.00. I sent around 4 emails to the manager and had no reply. I sent 2 emails to crs and had no reply just another threatening letter. So after I rung them and spoke to a very rude male Ive still got this debt hanging over me. I'm so so angry.
