Iwoot now making out it's my fault

Complaint about IWOOT

I have had an email, after waiting for a further 8 days, after prompting them again, to now make out that I did not order the item correctly, when all I did was follow the staff members instructions. Iwoot say they cannot refund me due to this! I do not know whether to laugh or cry at this situation.
