Membership Cancellation

Complaint about Xercise4Less

I have tried to cancel membership for both myself and my husband and after completing the online cancellation received confirmation that it had been received and we would hear after 30 days so we could cancel the DD. I have now had an email stating i cant cancel because i am within the contracted period. i did not sign a contract and signed up because I was told it was on a month to month basis. They direct me to their FAQ's section but there is nothing in there which stipulates a contracted period. Please advise
