Complaint about DPD

I'm very disappointed with your service and it is disgusting how there is no number to contact the delivery driver. I was home all day and waiting for the delivery from 1-2pm. I received an email at 1.15 saying there was no one at home. Is this is joke?? No one came to the door or I did not see a delivery van. The photo sent was a side street not my flat. I paid extra delivery fee for the parcel to be delivered on Sunday as I work full time during the week. You run an unethical business and waste people's valuable time. I would like an explanation sent to this and refund of my delivery fee I paid
