Complaint about Santé Seniors Health Seniors

My mother, aged 89 received hard sell telephone calls from this company and eventually gave in because they were persistent and offered her honey that she thought she might be able to use. It has so far cost her £314 pounds. I have two packages of their products that I would like to return. When she got the first package she tried to call them and wrote to them to ask them to stop. She said the last time they called to say she would be receiving a package she asked them not to send it but the caller just laughed. She told me only after receiving the second package, which is when I discovered that two further payments had been actually taken. I intend to return the latest package within the time limit but feel that there is little hope of reimbursement. I object hugely to elderly and vulnerable people receiving any kind of cold calls, especially those accompanied by a hard sell. My mum now has a call blocker and her bank card has been cancelled in the hope of preventing further loss.
