Complaint about Ticket Selection

I purchased 2 tickets for kings of Leon at Liverpool echo arena 25/02/17 back on 31/10/16. I receive email confirmation straight away. I paid £159 including delivery. I heard nothing at from them until the 20/02/17. I worried then as we were travelling from Hampshire to Cheshire on the 22/02/17 to stay with family for the event so they could look after our son. We travelled 220 miles specifically for this event. I woke my son up early and put him to bed early in the days leading up to the event and didn't let him have a nap in the day just so he was in the routine of going to bed early and would be really tired so we could get him to sleep by 6.30 to then travel to Liverpool 25 mins away. The email 22/02 said they realised the event was approaching and tickets are despatched daily. Well I panicked as I assumed when purchasing they would be delivered before the week of the event and I out my home address on the ticket order. I replied to that e!ail saying I would like them to change my delivery address to my mother in law's where we staying. No reply and after several messages and emails to them in the following days I received an email the day before the event saying to meet Mohammad outside the premier inn opposite the event between 7.15pm and 9.30pm. I was told to take a printed copy of my order confirmation which I had to go to a post office for and drag my son with me forcing him to wait as there was problems with the library printer. I got the copies then after making sure my son was asleep (it's a real worry as we are a military family with no family members close to babysit for us so we've never left him before) we spent money on a taxi to Liverpool to meet Mohammad, where he was nowhere to be seen. We waited 20 mins, I phone the mobile number provided on the email which was... Surprise surprise.... Switched off. I text the number. I then received an email saying that due to unforseen circumstances they had to cancel my ticket purchase and refund the money. They said the refund was complete and would take 10-15 days!!!!!! To clear!!!!! What a waste of time and a lot of money!!!!! Two 220 mile 5 hour journeys with a 2 year old who's routine was massively upset and all for nothing!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back and compensation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had exactly the same experience for the same event except it was 'John' outside 'East is East restaurant'. He didn't show, and couldn't be contacted. The other difference is I have't been offered a refund and the company have not got back to me with regards to my complaint. I hope you get your money back - thanks for sharing.
