Complaint about No Flame E-Cig

I got offered the choice of a free gift after completing an EE questionnaire. I chose no flame. The only price was £4.95 p+p for which I had to add my card details. Several weeks later, today, I had noflame refills sent to my house for which they charged me £49.99. When I phoned to query this they said it was a binding contract that was in the terms and conditions. I was unaware of this and feel I have been totally conned out of money. It was not made clear to me that this is what i was signing up for. I understood it to be a one off free gift. The account is now cancelled and they refunded half of the amount. To get the whole amount I would have to send the refills back by registered mail to an address in the Netherlands and pay for the postage myself. As I couldnt understand what the operator was saying as she could barely speak English I couldn't understand the address she was trying to give me so had to settle for this. I feel this company is devious and dishonest by making me think this was a free gift when all they actually wanted was my bank details.
