Drake Tickets 1st February 2017 17th Jan Purchased 2 tickets with Viagogo for Drake for 1st February Order Number 8809687 $281.95 £233.66 30th Jan Put them up for sale with Viagogo 31st Jan Sold them for £110 each net proceeds £211.20 order number 8960856 I looked on to my account and it said it would take 7 -10 working days to confirm payment had gone through from the customer. The system did say 1st February 2018, so I wrote to help desk to say there had been an error with the date, as all other correspondence clearly shows it was for 1st February 2017. I had an acknowledgement email to say Viagogo were dealing with my enquiry, but no answer to the problem. 10th February, on my online account, my status changed to ‘congratulations it is now time for you to be paid’ payment will be an additional 7-10 working days to reach my paypal account. 17th February Email to say Dear Gill, We are contacting you regarding your order 8960856 for Drake on 1 February 2018. As you may be aware, due a staging malfunction during the concert on 01/02, Drake announced at the show that all attendees would be refunded. This order will therefore be cancelled, but rest assured, you will not be charged. We advise you contact your point of purchase regarding your refund. Kind Regards, Francesca 17th February Dear Gill, Unfortunately we have had to cancel sale 8960856 for your Drake ticket(s) due to issues with the buyer. Please disregard any previous communication regarding this sale. Click here to relist your tickets for sale. Alternatively, you can retrieve your e-tickets here. Event Information Order ID: 8960856 Ticket(s): Section 103 , Row L, (2 Ticket(s)) Event: Drake Venue: The O2 Date: 1 February 2018, 18:30 18th February Wrote to the help line to ask why I haven’t received payment for my tickets or a refund. 18th February Email back to say they are dealing with my enquiry 28th February No answer as yet. Rang the helpline, and am directed to online helpline which cannot answer my question, or give me a number to speak to someone.

Viagogo have contacted me today to say they will refund my money within 3-4 working days
