Complaint about DPD
I paid extra fee to get my parcel on time. Parcel number 15504551367895. Delivery driver failed to deliver it 4 times (21st February, 23d, 24th and today 28th February). Message on the dpd website states that parcel was refused as it was not required, however I was home when delivery should arrive. I contacted dpd customer service but didn't get clear explanation instead offered to book another day for delivery which is today and it was not delivered. If I choose option to pick up my parcel from depo will I get refund from dpd?
