Complaint about Ticket Selection

I have booked 2 tickets for the Russell Howard event in London via Ticket Selection, however 3 days before the event I haven't received them yet as we had to pre-book parking at the venue as there are limited availability. I'm getting very anxious about not having the tickets in hand yet for a £9.95 shipping and admin charge I had to pay back in December! It's shocking that the company hasn't got a contact telephone number that actually works, not even voicemail! Email response time is mean to be 24-48 hours? I have left it too late to chase unfortunately but the confirmation email did say only contact us if you haven't received your tickets within 2 days of the event. Very disappointing as it was meant to be a Christmas present...

They have now sent me tickets for a different date, cheaper seats so We'll be watching the show from the choir area. I've requested a refund for the ticket fare difference of £55 . Outrageous
