My wife and I suffered a flight delay from Zakynthos to Manchester on Sunday ,18th September 2016 Flight Number TOM2717 Length of Delay 8hrs 48mins On Monday 19th September, 2016 I made a claim for this delay using the claim form on Thomson website. Tomson responded immediately via auto reply thanking me for my email. Thomson After Travel Team emailed on 21/11/16 to say that investigation of my claim would take 56 days and thanked me for my patience On 9/2/2017 i emailed After Travel team to ask for an update because they had not been in touch with me NO REPLY RECEIVED AS YET Can you please help
