I do not know why my complaint seems to have been taken down from the site? I checked to see why there had been no response to find it was gone from my complaints account?? I wrote to complain that since purchasing a TV from currys in Sept 2015, from the October onwards a charge of £8.50 has been taken from my account monthly. I signed up to not protection plan whatsoever, as I always reject such offers from any store or company. I was told I would receive the first month free and that there would be no obligation to continue and it would be cancelled thereafter. This has not been the case and since then 16months worth of charges has amount to currys taking a total of £136 from account. This I money that I did not agree to pay, and so I would appreciate someone contacting me asap to advise me as to what steps can/will be taken in order to reimburse me. I have also emailed currys customer support directly, but surprisingly have received no contact back?! Regards Mark Devine
