Complaint about Currys PC World

Hi, I have been charged £3.50 from PRODUCT SUPPORT AG for several months. I have never signed up for this or agreed to a running subscription of this. I want a full refund of all payments taken from my account and this cancelled so this does not occur again. Please help. Thanks Oscar

So you basically do not have evidence that I ever signed up for this? I have notified my bank of potential fraud. Unless you can produce some evidence, I will request everything reimbursed. Thanks

Hi Oscar, I am sorry for the frustration that has been caused. We hold mandates for a period of 6 months and any such mandate would be dispose of after this time for security purposes. All details regarding the Product Support is provided at the time of sale along with the receipt information. The agreement is cancelled and documentation advising of this will be provided via post.
