I phoned up today to pay the balance on my holiday to Majorca and enquire about transfers. I asked for transfers only one way - airport to resort - and was told that this wasn't possible !!??..I had to buy both ways to get a transfer. This is absurd. There are any number of reasons i might only need a transfer one way and all other holiday companies facilitate this. Then the sales rep took a long time to find out whether I could book a one way transfer and then came back to tell me that it would be £60 for four of us from Mallorca airport to our resort which is about 10 miles from the airport. I said that it was very expensive for one way and that a taxi would be cheaper, to which she retorted, "well get a taxi then". I suggest that you educate your call centre staff to be a little more polite. This is not the first time I've encountered this. Even when I booked this holiday and needed some help when someone nearly managed to cancel it by accident (this shouldn't be possible!) the person I spoke to was rude and short with me, although it wasn't him about to lose £200 to an admin mistake! For this reason, I'll never use Teletext again. On the beach offers a stellar service in comparison.
