Complaint about Sofaworks

I purchased 2 leather sofas from Sofaworks. Within 3 months, the static (non reclining) sofa offered very little support to two average adults (female under 10 stone, male under 14 stone) so neither are overweight. It took 9 months of unanswered e-mails and recorded post letters before I instructed the furniture ombudsman to investigate my case - they were useless but at least they got Sofaworks to respond who finally inspected the sofa and got it re-upholstered. Some 6-9 months after that, the sofa is still less than 3 years old and it needs to be done again. The reason is the interior filling is such poor quality, you can push the support springs together with your fingertips and there is then a inch of foam and this is meant to support a whole person. Surprise surprise, the sofa needs to be upholstered again and sofaworks don't respond to anything so I have to go back to step 1 again. Please until Sofaworks change their Italian manufacturer who uses such cheap interior fillings, PLEASE DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM THEM.
