No show of delivery

Complaint about Harveys Furniture

Delivery booked 7-1. 1.30 no snow had to ring them only to be told for the rest of the day they were waiting for transport team to contact them. Find out the sofa is still in the warehouse but unable to locate it? What??? So why was delivery booked?? Now bare in mind we have NO furniture to sit on as Harvey's advised as soon as we had a delivery date we could get rid of our old sofa.... which we did!! Now it's the weekend? Still don't know when it's arriving? Shocking absolutely shocking.
