Complaint about Xercise4Less

would like to make a formal complaint in reguards to the members off your staff at the Leeds office on the contact number 0113 203 8602. After several attempts of trying to contact a member of this team I got through to a very unpleasant girl who was not helpful at all when I asked to speak to management as I diddnt like her attitude I was told to do one and she was terminating the call. I then phoned back several more times eventually a young boy answered who was equally as rude, I asked to speak to management as I was wanting to make a formal complaint to be told there is no management or senior. That it was just a office. The whole time the girl in the background shouting 'is that her is that who I put the phone down on'. the boy then told me a email address in which was completely wrong. I only wanted to sort an error on my account and felt The staff was rude, unhelpful and I felt like they was beeing deliberately obstructing. I hope that all calls are record and you are able to listen to the conversation, I feel I was unable to have my issue listened to or resolved. I managed to contact harlands and have the issues delt with however that shouldn't have to be the case. Both staff that I spoke to refused to give a name.
