No tickets and no response

Complaint about Ticket Selection

I bought tickets on 23 Feb for an event on 11 March. I paid over £1000 for the tickets. Received an email immediately, acknowledging order and saying that they would be in touch in 24-36 hours. I heard nothing. Have sent several emails but all I get is an automated acknowledgement and no action. I managed to get an online assistant who said they were checking the order and then disconnected. I have tried calling but no answer. If they can't provide the tickets I may be able to get them elsewhere but I don't want two lots of tickets. I cannot believe this company!
